Tectiline® - Patented Anti-Aging Peptide

Tectiline® is a next-generation anti-aging active ingredient derived from laminin-5 and optimized through cyclization. Developed with Dr. Patricia Rousselle, a world-renowned specialist in laminins (LNs), essential proteins of the dermo-epidermal junction (DEJ).
Laminin-5 plays a crucial role in the cohesion and communication between the epidermis and the dermis. It ensures the strength of the dermo-epidermal junction, guarantees the anchoring of basal cells, and promotes the metabolic exchanges essential for healthy skin function.
Over time, laminin-5 production decreases and its distribution becomes altered, weakening and flattening the DEJ. Simultaneously, other mechanisms linked to skin aging occur, such as a decrease in collagen fiber synthesis and a slowing of cutaneous microcirculation, impacting tissue regeneration capacity. These intertwined phenomena lead to progressive skin thinning, a loss of density, firmness, and elasticity, and promote the appearance of wrinkles and textural irregularities.
It is precisely on these central mechanisms that Tectiline® exerts its biomimetic action. Our in vitro studies demonstrate that it significantly stimulates the synthesis of three major components:
- Laminin-5, the true cornerstone of the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ), whose synthesis and distribution Tectiline® improves, thus restoring an organization comparable to that of youthful skin while strengthening firmness, limiting skin thinning, and improving skin resilience.
- Collagen I, the pillar of dermal density and resistance, essential for maintaining the skin's firmness and structural integrity;
- Skin vitality, the activation of which, measured by a microcirculation marker, reflects improved oxygenation and optimized nutrient delivery to cells, restoring radiance to the complexion.
By simultaneously reactivating these biological pathways, Tectiline® strengthens the dermo-epidermal structure, restores skin firmness and elasticity, and optimizes cellular metabolic activity through improved microcirculation.
Its action results in a true rejuvenating effect: wrinkles are visibly reduced, and the skin regains better density and a smoother, firmer, and more radiant appearance.
